I recently photographed the Frost family. They were the 100th fan on my facebook page and won a free session!
I LOVE this family! I was so excited when Marsha won, because I happened to know her and her lovely husband from college. Now they have a cute little boy and let me tell you, the little boy is about a year younger than my son, and is a ball of energy. We decided to do the photos at Kathryn Albertson Park. When the Frosts arrived, the baby was sleeping, but as soon as he heard the sound of water he woke up!
Anyone that knows much about toddlers knows that if they wake up before they are ready…it is a TRAGEDY!!! They will be grumpy, they will cry, and they will be stubborn and want their way! ;) I know my son is like this!!! I have been mad several times at my dog for waking up Elijah during a nap. Marsha and Mike handled it like a pair of pros! Even though the little man was a little grouchy, we cod some great photos of him, picking flowers, running, and just being a boy!
And even though alot of the family photos with all three of them had an escapee like this:
We figured out a way to get some family photos with them all it it! :) We just had to tie the little guy down on daddys shoulders!
Mike and Marsha~ Thanks for letting me take your photos and for being awesome patient parents! It was a lot of fun! I love the little guy’s personality and excitement for life! Im excited to get our boys together and watch them play! I hope you enjoy the photos! :) It was great to meet and photograph your extended family as well! :) I’ll make a separate post about them later! ;)
And just because I know my days have felt a little crazy lately, I will leave you all with this! IT IS OK TO CRY…sometimes! ;)
